Amanda Medlock is the Advocacy and Partnerships Manager at 1,000 Days. Prior to joining the team, she interned with the Universities Fighting World Hunger at Auburn University where she led on the International Annual UFWH Summit, and assisted with the development of the Irish Osteoporosis Society in Dublin, Ireland. She also has extensive volunteer experience with food security research and food pantries.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. Her passion for international issues, particularly around malnutrition, was solidified while studying abroad and volunteering in Rome, Italy.
