Allyson is the Digital Content Associate at 1,000 Days where she uses her creative skills to develop content for a range of campaigns. With a background in strategic communications, Allyson works to curate both written and visual content to engage diverse audiences.
Before joining 1,000 Days, Allyson worked in communications for the publishing industry focusing on projects in social media, email marketing, content management and graphic design. She also spent time at The Kennedy Center and a political consulting firm.
Allyson has a Master’s Degree in Media and Public Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Lake Forest College. She is passionate about mission driven organizations that connect people across the world.
